What is Mshel Homes commitment to customer satisfaction?
Can we make adjustments to support a different kind of building design?
Is the land payment inclusive of the infrastructure levy?
For newer estates (less than 24months old), the infrastructure fee is not included in the land cost and is treated as a separate payment.
Hoewever, for estates that are over 24 months old, the infrastructure fee is included in the land price.
